As of 2019.06.27, the stock firmware of the Ultimaker 2 has been changed. Both the backup and the new firmware are located at https://gitlab.com/ubuntourist/ultimaker-2-custom-marlin-firmware. The backup file is flash-2019-06-27.hex. See both the README.md and the INSTALLING.md for details.
