Quorum

Proposal to Lower Quorum

Bylaws_Amendment_1:_Revise_Quorum is a proposal to lower the quorum percentage to 25% of members. This proposal was approved at a membership meeting on (when?) and is currently being signed by members (it must be signed by 75% of members to take effect).

Quorum "Gotchas"

If absent new members are approved during a meeting in which a quorum is present before the new members are approved, but the quorum threshold is no longer met after the approval, is the meeting automatically adjourned? This is what we've done in the past. Do we want to amend the bylaws to prevent quorum being "broken" during a meeting?
