- Machine is installed at HacDC. Apparently needs significant, yet feasible repairs. Probably, we need to clean fingerprints off the vacuum chamber, replace broken O-Rings, test the vacuum pumps, attempt pump down to high vacuum, repair/replace vacuum pumps as necessary, repair/replace electronics as necessary, achieve a crude e-beam scan, and finally tweak for optimum resolution or other desired features.
