If absent new members are approved during a meeting in which a quorum is present before the new members are approved, but the quorum threshold is no longer met after the approval, is the meeting automatically adjourned? Current Quorum Percentage: 25% (see Bylaws_Amendment_1:_Revise_Quorum, which has been passed)
Current Number of Members: 29
Current Quorum Level: 8 members
Quorum "Gotchas"
If absent new members are approved during a meeting in which a quorum is present before the new members are approved, but the quorum threshold is no longer met after the approval, is the meeting automatically adjourned? This is what we've done in the past. Do we want to amend the bylaws to prevent quorum being "broken" during a meeting?
