• The June 17 Meeting Minutes were approved.
• The June 24 Meeting Minutes were approved.

The Consent Agenda

• Approve Amendment To Bylaws to Lower Quorum

Petition to amend bylaws still needs to be signed by several more members to pass.

Minister Reports

Coordinator in Chief

Encourages people to get active members, such as Microcontroller Mondays. Call to setup new projects and ideas.

Ministry of Finance

29 Members are Active and have paid June dues, therefore we require 15 for quorum 5 Members were suspended on July 1 for lack of payment of dues 6 Members are pending approval

Needs people to help, see mailing list.
